In partnership with Toronto Truck Driving School, this program offers eligible associates the chance to gain skills for in-demand careers in trucking. By empowering employees with the education and training they need, Amazon helps them pursue new aspirations.

Admission Requirements
To enroll in our AZ Commercial Driver Training Program, you must meet the following requirements
– Valid Ontario Class ‘G’ License or Higher: Ensure you hold a current Class ‘G’ license or higher.
– Grade 10 English or Equivalent: Provide proof of Grade 10 English or an equivalent qualification.
– Ministry Approved Aptitude Testing: Successfully complete the Ministry-approved aptitude test.
– Driver’s Abstract: Submit a recent driver’s abstract.
– Criminal Background Check: Provide a criminal background check.
– Medical Examination: Complete a medical examination to confirm your fitness for the program.
– A Class Written Test: Complete A Class written test.
Registration Process
Steps to Register for the Course
Step 1. Initiate Your Registration:
Begin by completing the Initial Contact Form on our website or by visiting the TTDS campus. This step starts your registration process.
Step 2. Welcome Email:
After submitting your contact form, you will receive a Welcome Email from a TTDS representative. This email contains links to important documents such as the
Driver’s Abstract
Criminal Background Check
Medical Form
Wonderlic Test (if applicable).
Provide proof of Grade 10 English or an equivalent qualification.
You will need to obtain and submit these documents and cover any associated fees.
Step 3. Entry Interview Scheduling:
Schedule entry Interview with a TTDS representative. This interview is key for reviewing your documents and discussing the registration details.
Step 4. Entry Interview:
During your entry interview, you’ll need to ensure that all required documents are submitted.
You will confirm whether you have completed or scheduled the Class A Written Test. Additionally, your Driver’s Abstract will be reviewed to ensure it shows fewer than 3 demerit points, and your Criminal Background Check will be verified. You’ll also confirm that your medical examination has been submitted and provide proof of Grade 10 English or an equivalent qualification.
Step 5. Acceptance Email:
Once your documents and interview are approved, you will receive an Acceptance Email outlining the next steps and providing a TTDS-AMAZON-Student ID.
Step 6. Complete Registration:
TTDS representatives will finalize your registration in the TTDS system. This allows us to monitor your training progress and manage your profile.
